At Bode Bread Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo and description of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right - whether that's a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. Once preparation or baking has begun, cancellations are no longer possible
